Managing availability across Airbnb and a direct booking website meant constant manual updates. Double-bookings were a risk, and the owner spent hours updating calendars on both platforms.
We built a WordPress website with custom iCalendar integration. The system pulls Airbnb availability in real-time, blocks dates on the website calendar, and pushes direct bookings back to Airbnb. A scheduled cron job keeps everything synchronized automatically.
